The 2014 Pittsburgh Independent Film Festival will be held in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania USA  June 26 thru June 28 2015 at the state of the art 125 seat  Baverso Theater Located in the Father Ryan Arts Center  just a few miles from downtown. We are happy to announce that Father Ryan Arts Center is now our permanent home.  Our festival offers more chances for your submission to be selected and shown than most of the 3 day festivals out there.  There are  awards for each of the following categories  - Best Feature  - Best Animation - Best Short - Best New Media - Best Webisode- Best Music Video.  The 2014 PIFF was a great success with 63 submissions from 9 different countries being screened. Come to Pittsburgh and network with fellow filmmakers from around the world.  Pittsburgh is fast becoming a mecca for film, with over 7 major films filmed there in the last year alone.
